TERRORIST BEFORE COURT IN DAGESTAN








MACHATSCHKALA, 5 March.  (RIA "Nowosti" rIA-"Nowosti"-Korrespondent
Dekabr Bejbutow).  The highest court Dagestans will continue the
process on Tuesday against the terrorists, who blew up a house in
Buinaksk in September 1999.  The hearing over the criminal action
(scope:  40 tapes), which persist for three months, are taken up with
the discussions of the two pages - the national plaintiff and the
attorneys - again.  During the breakup on 4 September 1999 58 persons
died into Buinaksk.

Public prosecutor Raschidchan Magomedow, national prosecutor, required
outgoing of the fact that the court on the hearing the debt of all six
according to the 10 articles sued proved to condemn two sued - Issa
Sainutdinow and Alisultan Salichow - to death.

The public prosecutor required to condemn three further sued ones -
Sainutdin Sainutdinow (son of Issa Sainutdinow), Magomed Magomedow and
Machatsch Abdussamedow - to 20 years liberty withdrawal in a
reformatory with strict prison conditions and a large fine.  Sixth
sued - Abdulkadyr Abdulkdyrow - is for demand of the public prosecutor
to 25 years liberty withdrawal to be condemned, which it was to serve
in a reformatory with strict prison conditions.
