ALVARO GIL ROBLES TREATED SITUATION IN MOSCOW WITH HUMAN
RIGHTS

Dmitri Rogosin, chairman of the Staatsduma committee for international
affairs, and Alvaro Gil Robles, Council of Europe commissioner for
human rights, treated the bases of a report over Chechnya, with which
Gil Robles in Strasbourg at the session of the Council of Europe will
occur on Friday.  That indicated the journalists to Rogosin after the
meeting with Gil Robles and stressed that the report will concern the
situation with human rights in Russia, among them in the Chechnian
republic.

According to its words with Gil Robles also questions of co-operation
between the European countries in the fight against the terrorism and
with the settlement of between-national conflicts were treated.
