RUSSIA IS OVER THE DECREE OF THE TALIBAN, WHICH PROCURE CULTURAL
MONUMENTS TO DESTROYING,

Smotrow).  Of Russia State Department is seriously anxious over the
decree, which, gave Mullah Mohammed Omar, chief of the movement
Taliban.  The decree prescribes to destroy the not-Islamic cult US and
cultural monuments in the area of Afghanistan.

This intention is only as attack against the culture-historical
excessive quantity not only the Afghan people to evaluate but also the
world civilization.

In the Russian external office it was stressed that the Barbarei of
the Taliban shows their unconcealed animosity against the rich mental
inheritance of the old Afghan soil in relation to totalhuman values.
It illustrates also that the ideological opinions of the Taliban
