RUSSIA REGARDS VIET NAM AS STRATEGIC PARTNER IN COMPLETELY

Russia regards Viet Nam not only as reliable partner in Southeast
Asia, but also as strategic partner in completely Asia.  Avowed of
Russia president Vladimir Putin in its speech with a solemn receipt,
which was given to Duc Luong in its honour by the president of Viet
Nam tran.

Vladimir Putin stressed that the Russian and the vietnamesische people
