COMMISSIONER OF THE COUNCIL OF EUROPE IS IN CHECHNYA LONG THAN
PLANNED








MOSCOW, 1 March.  / Korr. of the RIA " Nowosti " /. Alvaro Gil Robles,
commissioner of the Council of Europe for human rights, which
undertakes a journey by the Chechnian republic, amended its initial
program and in Chechnya longer than planned stopping.  In former times
it was intended that he would return on Thursday early to Moscow.

The longer stay is connected with organizational causes.
