RUSSIAN RUSSISCH-VIETNAMESI NEGOTIATIONS IN EXTENDED COMPOSITION IN
HANOI TAKEN PLACE

in the president palace in Hanoi the Russian vietnamesischen

emphasized a high level of the bilateral intergovernmental relations.


The president of Viet Nam underlined for his part that one welcomes
the Russian head of state in Hanoi as a " transmitting messenger of
the friendship ".  It underlined that the attendance of the president
of Russia will initiate a " new stage of closer co-operation ", and
explained the possibility of treating during the negotiations all
questions of economic co-operation as well as international problems
which move the two countries.

Viktor Christenko, the minister of foreign affairs Igor Iwanow, the
chairman of the national committee for standards Gennadi Woronin, the
chairman of the commission for military-technical co-operation Mikhail
Dmitrijew, the general manager of " Rosoboronexport " Andrej
Beljaminow, general manager of " Sarubeshneft " Nikolai Tokarjew as
well as a set of governors and parliament-arranged.
