MIR TO BE DE-ORBITED ON MARCH 21-22








KOROLEV /Moscow Region/, March 14, 2001. /from RIA Novosti correspondent Eduard Puzyrev/--Commander of the flight of the orbital station Mir Vladimir Solovyev has announced at the Flight Control Centre that the station Mir will be de-orbited on March 21-22.


	According to Solovyev, the station will be braked by the activation of its engines which will be fired on three occasions within 24 hours.
