RUSSIAN SECURITY COUNCIL SECRETARY TO MAKE THREE-DAY VISIT TO UNITED STATES








MOSCOW, MARCH 12 (from RIA NOVOSTI's Olga Semyonova) - In  compliance with an earlier reached agreement, Russian Security  Council Secretary Sergei Ivanov is coming to the United States  Tuesday, March 13, for a three-day routine visit, the Council's  PR report. 


	There, Ivanov is scheduled to meet with Secretary of State  Colin Powell and National Security Adviser Condoleezza Rice, say spokesmen for Russia's Security Council.
