PRESIDENT PUTIN ROTATES STATE COUNCIL PRESIDIUM








MOSCOW, March 12, RIA Novosti - Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed a resolution on the State Council presidium of the Russian Federation, Putin's press-secretary Alexei Gromov told RIA Novosti.


	The new State Council presidium has been approved as follows:


	Nikolai Volkov, governor of the Jewish autonomous region;


	Sergei Katanandov, chairman of the government of the Republic of Karelia;


	Valery Kokov, president of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic;


	Anatoly Lisitsyn, governor of the Yaroslavl region;


	Leonid Polezhayev, governor of the Omsk region;


	Murtaza Rakhimov, president of the Republic of Bashkortostan;


	Alexander Filipenko, governor of the Khanty-Mansi autonomous district.
