ALBANIAN MILITANTS AND SERBIAN AUTHORITIES SIGN CEASEFIRE AGREEMENT BELGRADE, March 12 /from RIA Novosti's Alexander Slabynko/ - Albanian militants operating in the south of Serbia have signed an agreement with the Serbian authorities on Monday. They have agreed to a ceasefire in the area of the Presevo, Bujanovac and Medvedja communities. The agreement was signed in Peter Feith's presence. The special envoy of the NATO Secretary General had for more than three hours been negotiating with the Albanians in the village of Koncul.
