GUSINSKY BACK IN JAIL, AWAITING COURT HEARINGS








MADRID, MARCH 12 (from RIA Novosti's Juan Cobo) - Russian media tycoon Vladimir Gusinsky has been put back into a detention center in Madrid ahead of the March 14 court hearings on his extradition to Russia. Until today, the chief of the Media-Most holding stayed under domiciliary arrest in his villa in Sotogrande.


	Under Spanish laws, a person under arrest shall be placed in immediate vicinity of the court premises 72 hours before court hearings on his/her case begin.
