RUSSIAN GOVERNMENT APPROVES DEAL WITH ROMANIA MOSCOW, March 11. /RIA Novosti correspondent/. The Russian government has approved a draft agreement with Romania on early notification of nuclear accidents and on an exchange of information about nuclear installations. The agreement concerns nuclear power plants and nuclear fuel storage facilities on each other's territories. The agreement bears in mind the fact that both countries are signatories to a similar international convention. The Russian Nuclear Power Ministry has been instructed to negotiate with the Romanian side and to sign the agreement on behalf of the government.
