MOSCOW PREPARED FOR CONSTRUCTIVE DIALOGUE WITH LITHUANIA MOSCOW, March 11. /RIA Novosti correspondent/. Russian President Vladimir Putin has sent a reply message to Lithuania's President Valdas Adamkus, reported Putin's press service. The message says Russia is ready to conduct a constructive dialogue with Lithuania and to develop bilateral relations in the spirit of good-neighbourliness and mutually beneficial cooperation, recognising each other's legitimate interests. The document also expresses hope that the upcoming Russian-Lithuanian high-level negotiations will serve to bring Russia and Lithuania closer together. The messages were exchanged, it was noted at the press-service, ahead of a visit by the Lithuanian president to Russia on March 29-31 of this year.
