The court's decision with respect to a group of terrorists accused of the explosion of the residential house in Buinaksk will be announced before the end of this week or in the beginning of the next week, said judge of the Supreme Court of Dagestan Baguzhi Unzholov who chaired the trial. The criminal case trial, which has been held for more than three months now, and concerns the explosion of the residential house in Buinaksk on September 4, 1999 as a result of which 58 people died and more than 100 were wounded is being completed. On Monday, March 12, at the concluding session of the court the last say will be given to Isa and Zainutdin Zainutdinovs (father and son) and to Makhach Abdusamedov. It was reported earlier that the public prosecutor requested capital punishment for Zainutdinov senior. His son and Abdusamedov, according to prosecutor Rashidkhan Magomedov should be sentenced to 20 years' imprisonment in the colony with a strict regime. The rest three defendants out of six, who are being accused as all of them in the organisation and committing of a terrorist act -- Alisultan Salikhov (capital punishment threatens him) Abdulkadyr Abdulkadyrov (25 years of strict regime imprisonment) and Magomed Magomedov (20 years of strict regime imprisonment) said on March 6 that they are not guilty and did not take part in the terrorist act. Tomorrow, after the last say of Zainutdinovs and Abdusamedov, the court will decide on the sentence.
