VLADIMIR PUTIN SIGNS LAW ON PENSIONS TO RUSSIAN CITIZENS LEAVING THE COUNTRY








MOSCOW, March 10, 2001. /RIA Novosti correspondent/ -- Russian President Vladimir Putin signed the Federal Law on Paying Pensions to the Citizens Who Leave the Country for Permanent  Residence Outside the Russian Federation. RIA Novosti was told about it in the press service of the head of the state.
