RUSSIAN MEN POLLED ON WHAT THEY LIKE IN WOMEN








MOSCOW, March 7, 2001 /RIA Novosti/ -- With the International Women's Day, March 8th, at hand, sociologists of the All-Russian Public Opinion Poll Center, or VTsIOM, have polled Russian men on what they appreciate in women most, and women on what they like most in themselves.


	VTsIOM found that household efficiency ranked first with more than half the respondents, of either sex. Men and women were divided on the second-ranking quality, with men going for appearances, and the fair sex for care and decency. Appearance holds the third place in the female hierarchy of values.


	Men under 25 appear to value outward attractiveness in women, those between 25 and 40 prefer loyalty, and those over 40, efficiency in household chores.
