YUGOSLAVIA, SRPSKA REPUBLIC SIGN AGREEMENT BELGRADE, MARCH 5 (from RIA Novosti's Sergei Ryabikin) - Presidents Vojislav Kostunica of Yugoslavia and Mirko Sarovic of the Srpska Republic signed an agreement for special and parallel bilateral contacts. The document follows the Dayton agreement and makes a stride forward to regional peace. It provides a basis for future understandings on economic, cultural and military partnership, said President Kostunica. President Sarovic described the agreement as epoch-making, and one of the most important for his republic since the Dayton agreement.
