EU CONCLUDES IMPLEMENTATION OF PROJECT FOR DEVELOPMENT OF LEGAL EDUCATION IN RUSSIA MOSCOW, MARCH 5, 2001. /From RIA Novosti Correspondent Alexander Ivashchenko./ The European Union has concluded the implementation in Russia of a project for developing legal education, for which 4 million Euros have been allocated. RIA Novosti learned this from the European Commission's Moscow mission. The project is being implemented as part of the TACIS program. The main task of the project, called "Strengthening the law-based state and legal training in the new market conditions," was to hold comparative studies of legal decisions taken in the EU countries and in Russia.
