G-8 ENVIRONMENT MINISTERS GATHER FOR A MEETING ROME, March 2. /From RIA Novosti correspondent Igor Pushkarsky/. Prominent at a Triest meeting of the G-8 environment ministers are problems related to climate change. For three days the environment ministers of Great Britain, Germany, Italy, Canada, the USA, Russia, France and Japan will be discussing a final document which is then to be sent to a G-8 summit meeting, due to take place in Genoa in July. Many international environmental non-government organizations have sent their spokesmen to Triest. On Friday, they had a meeting with the G-8 top environmentalists.
