TRIAL ON THE COLONEL BUDANOV CASE POSTPONED TILL MARCH 5








ROSTOV-ON-DON,  March 2. /From RIA Novosti's Sofia Brykanova/. The trial on the case of Russian army colonel Yuri  Budanov, accused of the murder of a Chechen girl, has been postponed till March 5.


	This decision was passed on the petition of Budanov's lawyer. He said that during yesterday's court hearings the defendant had had a hypertensive crisis. Nevertheless, the colonel refused hospitalization and stated readiness to take part in the trial. However, as Budanov's condition had not improved over the past night, the defense petitioned for the postponement of hearings.
