The head of the Russian state laid wreaths to the Ho Chi Minh Memorial and the near-by Monument to Fallen Heroes. Then Vladimir Putin will visit the Temple of Literature, one of the main cultural and historical monuments in the Vietnamese capital. According to a legend, it was founded in 1070 as a shrine of Confucius.
