MILOSEVIC CONGRATULATES MOLDAVIA'S COMMUNIST LEADER ON ELECTION VICTORY








BELGRADE, March 1. /From RIA Novosti's Sergei Ryabikin/. Slobodan Milosevic, Chairman of the Socialist Party of Serbia, today sent a congratulatory message to the First Secretary of Moldavia's Communist Party, Vladimir Voronin.


	The message conveys Milosevic's "cordial" congratulations to the Moldavian communist leader on his party's landslide victory in the latest parliamentary polls.
