PARLIAMENTARY ASSEMBLY OF THE UNION OF RUSSIA AND BELARUS TO HOLD MOSCOW SESSION MOSCOW, March 1, 2001. /RIA Novosti correspondent/ - The seventeenth session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Union of Russia and Belarus will open in Moscow on March 2. It will be attended by a delegation of the National Assembly of Belarus headed by Chairman of the Council of the Republic Alexander Voitovich and Chairman of the House of Representatives Vadim Popov. The budget of the Union State for 2001 will be the main item of the discussions at the session.
