PUTIN: WE WILL CARRY ON JOINT PROJECTS








HANOI, MARCH 1, 2001 /FROM RIA NOVOSTI SPECIAL CORRESPONDENT MARIANNA SHATIKHINA/ -- The Russian authorities are intent on carrying on joint economic projects both financially, politically and diplomatically, President Vladimir V. Putin said at a press conference in Hanoi. 


	However, Putin added that government assistance to market participants practised worldwide depended on the economic potential of the country. 


	Vladimir Putin stressed that the economic situation in Russia had considerably improved over the past 12-18 months, and the state acquired the opportunity to support economic projects.
