MESH is an Integrated Project within the European Union 6th Framework Programme, it started in March 2006 and ended 36 month later, it gathered 12 different organisations from 7 countries. This project was answering the objective: "Semantic-Based Knowledge and Content Systems". You can find down here the three annual reports of the project and the final report of the MESH project.
