SJBfft reads data from stdin and print out results to stdout. The best way to call it is:
cat input.file | sjbfft 0 >output.file
As parameter you have to specify if the result of the FFT should be weighted. You can specify the number of the coefficient. 0 means non weighted. 120 means that you take the first 120 coefficients unchanged and weight from there to the end.
Don't use any other input than that produced by SJBfkt!
