3. Usage

3.1 General Usage

SJBclean reads from stdin and pipes the cleaned data to stdout. The best way to call it is:

cat anafile.frq | sjbclean FRQ /tmp/sjbclean >anafile.frq.cleaned

3.2 Parameters

As first parameter you have to give the Keyword

FRQ

The second parameter is used to specify a temporary filename. Be careful this file will be overwritten without any question.

3.3 INPUT Format

Don't use any other input than that produced by anafile! This is serious!
