ECONOMIC CO-OPERATION BETWEEN THE VIETNAM AND RUSSIA SEEN BY VLADIMIR
POUTINE








HANOI, March 1.  (Corr. Ria " Novosti ").  Vladimir Poutine A invites
has more effectively to use the existing base of the bilateraux
reports/ratios to develop the economic co-operation between Russia and
Vietnam.

Russian president A states today during his meeting with the Prime
Minister for the RSV Phan Van Khai:  " a good base has ete creee for
the development of the relationship between our two countries ".

economic co-operation.  Trade with Russia does not have constitutes,
the year derniere, that 4 % in the whole of trade of Vietnam.  That

Vladimir Poutine A stresses that during years of reform " the
Vietnamese people made much:  progress is obvious ".
