FEDERATION COUNCIL APPROVED OF SUPPLEMENTS OF THE FOEDERALEN HOUSEHOLD
OF RUSSIA








MOSCOW, 14 March.  / RIA "Nowosti" correspondent Maria Balynina /. the
federation council (upper house of the parliament of Russia) approved
of a law, according to which supplements and alterations at the
foederalen household are made for the year 2001.  For this decision
124 senators were correct.  Four were against it when three
abstentions.

The law enables it to make in this year the necessary repayments with
foreign debts of Russia.  Additionally it keeps the possibility for
the recourse to of additional budget receipts for priority directions,
which are acknowledged in the version of the Haushalts'2001 assumed in
former times.

The law designates an enlargement of outputs for performances in the
area of the foreign debts in this year around 2,43 billion dollar.
