THE RUSSIAN DISASTER CONTROL MINISTRY HELPS THE UKRAINE IN CONNECTION
WITH THE INUNDATION








MOSCOW, 13 March.  (RIA "Nowosti" rIA-"Nowosti"-Korrespondent Juri
Jumaschew).  The Katastrophenschuztministerium Russia will furnish the
Ukraine humanitarian assistance in connection with the state of
emergency, which was caused by floods.

On Tuesday already two Kfz columns - ever 15 Kfz - from Noginsk (with
Moscow) drove out after Ushgorod.  According to the coworkers of the
Ministry mentioned the columns will achieve the destination
approximately in two days.

The Lkws brings humanitarian freight, among them food, covers, pumps
and other things to 150 tons into the Ukraine.

The rivers of the Westukraine stepped from the banks out and inundated
numerous settlements and seed surfaces.  There are also people
victims.
