UN-CDevelopment PROGRAM PRESENTS REPORT OVER PEOPLE POTENTIAL IN
RUSSIA

The UN development program will present a report on today's Monday
over the development of the people potential in Russia.

As RIA Nowosti experienced, this is 6.  Document from 1995 a set of
reports, initiated on initiative of the UN development program and the
government of Russia.  The authors of the document are independent
experts.  The central topic of the report is the globalization.

In the document problems of modifications in economics, information
space and technologies, problems of the criminality and the drug
abuse, migration and role of the media are treated.

The report is to contain a comparison analysis of situations into
individual regions Ruslands as well as a development index of the
people potential.

In the conception of the report the new director/conductor of the UNO
system in the Russian federation, Frederick Lyons, of Russia
vice-health minister Olga Scharanowa and the governor of the area
Samara, Konstantin Titow, chairman of the budget committee of the
federation advice will participate.
