Osipow /. the Russian-Nigerian relations have a good base for the
development.  The avowed president of Russia Vladimir Putin with the
initialization of the negotiations with the president of Nigeria
Olusegun Obasanjo on Tuesday in the Kremlin.

The Russian head of state emphasized that Nigeria is a determining
state not only on the African continent, but also in the world.  Putin
stressed the efforts of the president of Nigeria around the
development of democratic processes in the country.
