VLADIMIR PUTIN TRANSMITS A MESSAGE TO THE FOEDERALVERSAMMLUNG AT THE
END OF MARCH








MOSCOW, 6 March.  (RIA "Nowosti" correspondent Marija Balynina).  As
expected president of Russia Vladimir Putin transmits its yearly
message to the Foederalversammlung (parliament) to at the end of
March.  This indicated Wjatscheslaw Chishnjakow, authorized person
representative of the head of state in the federation council.
