CENTRAL BANK OF RUSSIA EXECUTES ON 22 MARCH VALUTAUKTION FOR FOREIGN
EXCHANGE FOREIGNERS








MOSCOW, 5 March (RIA "Nowosti" rIA-"Nowosti"-Korrespondent).  The
central bank of Russia leads this yearly an auction on 22 March to the
sales of validity at foreign exchange foreigners.  Thus they will have
a possibility of transferring after the financial crisis of 1998 on
the so-called c-accounts closed means abroad experienced RIA " Nowosti
" on Monday with the PR center of the highest currency guardian.

Are sold altogether 100 million dollar.  Are received means of foreign
exchange foreigners, who have them on c-accounts.  With the
acquisition of validity there are no restrictions.

It is reminded of the fact that after the heavy financial crisis in
the year 1998 funds were frozen by foreign exchange foreigners at a
value of several dozen billions roubles on c-accounts.  The export of
these means was forbidden by the Russian guidance.
