The inclusion of white Russia into the European processes of
integration is conceivable only on the principles of the partnership
and co-operation.  This avowed on Friday president Alexander
Lukaschenko at the meeting with the bosses of the diplomatic missions
of white Russia, which accredited abroad.

White Russia is to assume in the relations with the European union
they may not diminish the national interests of white Russia.  The
president stressed that the relations with NATO must structure also on
these principles.

Lukaschenko noted that the nature of of the Byelorussian position
consists of it that the organization for security and co-operation in
Europe (OSZE) becomes a forum, on which the uniform adjustments of the
European states to the grundproblemen of the present is compiled.

The president expressed the point of view that the European states and
the USA refer absolutely different positions to white Russia.  "
Europe detects white Russia practically like also in former times on,
is however at a too strong printing on the part of the United States
", said Lukaschenko.  " today the influencing control of the USA is
visible on the OSZE ", explained it.  OSZE transforms from the
universal mechanism, which coins/shapes collective will of the user
acts, slowly into an instrument, with which individual states are
influenced, and represents today a type tool of the " obligation
democracy ", meant the Byelorussian president.
