RUSSIA AND TADSCHIKISTAN BOUNDARY TO AFGHANISTAN
STRENGTHENING








DUSCHANBE, 2 March (of RIA Nowosti Korr.)  Russia and Tadschikistan
agreed to strengthen the boundary to Afghanistan.  The
declaration/agreement was obtained with the negotiations between
Tadschikistans president Emomali Rachmonow and the director of the
Foederalen of border control service of Russia, Konstantin Tozki, in
Duschanbe.

How Tadschikistans stressed head of state, result " from the
unresolved Afghanistan problem further a Bedrohnung not only for the
regional, but also for international security ".  This requires more
intensive cooperating from Russia and Tadschikistan with strengthening
the boundary to Afghanistan, thus Rachmonow.
