PUTIN HANDED RUSSIAN NATIONAL HONORS OUT IN HANOI

Nowosti " /. Vladimir Putin handed out to a group Russian and
vietnamesischer conductors and coworkers of the enterprises "
Vietsovpetro ", " Petrovietnam " and the society " Sarubeshneft "
Russian national honors.

With the ceremony of Russia explained president that the successful
work of the enterprise " Vietsovpetro " is a good example of other
industries.  Almost two decades ago the created joint undertaking "
Vietsovpetro " became in this period not only a prominent enterprise
of the vietnamesischen economy, but also one at the most effective
operating oil enterprise of the world.

" Vietsovpetro is the basic stick of economic cooperating of Viet Nam
and Russia ", explained the boss of the Russian state.  That is above
all a result of the expert line and the self-sacrificing qualitative
work of the persons employed.

In this year " Vietsovpetro " will achieve the status of 100 million
tons when the total arising oil.  The gain of this enterprise
constitutes approximately 20 per cent of the validity inputs into the
household of Viet Nam and supplies 0.5 billion dollar to the Russian
household.

The Russian head of state explained also that the activity of such
enterprises forms like " Petrovietnam " and " Sarubeshneft " einw good
basis for the perception of the interests of Russia and Viet Nam in
the asiatic-Pacific region.

Vladimir Putin mentioned also the new Russian vietnamesische project:
  The oil refinery " Vietros ", whose yearly capacity will amount to
presumably 6.5 million tons.  After the completion of this building
project the oil industry in Viet Nam after full cycle to operate -
begun of the Erdoelfoederung up to its processing and implementation.
  Such Russian vietnamesischen joint undertakings serve the friendship
of the peoples of both countries as symbol, determined of Russia
president.
