KASJANOW:  RUSSIA BECOMES BUDGET WITH CONSIDERATION OF NEWEST
ALTERATIONS FULFILLING








MOSCOW, 1 March (of RIA Nowosti rIA-Nowosti-Korrespondent Dmitri
Snamenski).  Of Russia government to an unconditional implementation
of the budget this yearly with consideration of the neuessten
alterations must conceive measures, which concern the covering of the
foreign debts.  Avowed of Russia Prime Minister Mikhail Kasjanow at
the beginning of a session in turn of the government on Thursday.  In
the session among other things measures are treated for the
implementation of the fundamental financial document of the country
for the year 2001.

With the implementation of the budget Ruslsands for this year the
emphasis must be put on such areas like the financing of the customers
of the fuel and energy resources, the support of the regional budgets
and the creation of clear free market mechanisms for the support of
the agriculture, stressed Mikhail Kasjanow.
